Friday 8th September you would normally expect us to process a Direct Debit on your account.
Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, you may notice that this has been duplicated into two payments. A solution will be applied which will mean you will also see one credit on your account to balance this issue. This is due to an error on the allpay servers.
We trust this has not caused any difficulties and apologise for the confusion this may have caused.
