Residents who pay by Direct Debit

If you use Direct Debit to pay your rent and service charges to us you should recently have received a letter from the Direct Debit Migration Team at allpay, which is the payment company we now work with.

The letter explains that, from 28 December 2013, allpay will collect Debit Debit payments on behalf of us at Waterloo.

Your payment arrangement is unaffected by this and you do not need to do anything differently.

The only changes you will notice is that allpay’s name will appear on your bank or building society statement. You also have a new Direct Debit customer reference number.
