Many of our homes are built on developments planned, managed and quality controlled by Platform Housing Group. That means you will benefit from all the following features.

Our homes are built to last so we usually set a high specification.
Every kitchen is fitted with an integrated stainless steel hob, oven and extractor hood, lighting and vinyl flooring. All bathrooms and en-suite showers (where applicable) have tiling and lighting.
Outside, your garden will be close-board fenced and in most cases turfed and we’ll lay a patio and bin area for you.
Some of our properties may also have a shed, rotary line and water butt (please check individual property listing and your Sales Consultant).
The quality of our properties is checked at every stage from the initial drawings through all the construction phases right up to the ‘snagging’ of the completed properties by our Project Managers.
Each home also has one final individual check by Platform Home Ownership before the keys are handed over.
All our new-build homes are protected by the NHBC Buildmark Choice, LABC warranty or another form of builder's warranty. That means you are covered for one year from the build completion date for any defects or damage to your home resulting from poor workmanship by the builder, and for up to 10 years for the cost of putting right any damage caused by structural or latent defects.
