When searching for a new home, it can sometimes be difficult to imagine how a space might look once it’s fully styled and lived in. To help bring the homes at Prospect Place to life, I partnered with White Chalk to develop a series of internal CGI visuals alongside a fully interactive 360° virtual tour.

These designs allow buyers to step inside the homes digitally and picture what everyday life could look like there, from relaxed living spaces to calming bedrooms and family-friendly rooms.

But before the CGI interiors were created, the process started with mood boards and design inspiration.

A Warm and Contemporary Interior

When designing the interiors for Prospect Place, my aim was to create spaces that feel warm, welcoming and modern, while still remaining practical and achievable for everyday living.

A consistent palette of soft neutrals, natural woods and earthy tones runs throughout the home, helping to create a calm and cohesive feel across each room. These colours also allow buyers to easily imagine adding their own personal style.

Natural textures, warm lighting and soft furnishings were used throughout to give the CGI interiors a sense of comfort and realism.

Designed for Everyday Living

At the heart of the home, the kitchen was designed to combine both style and practicality. Clean cabinetry, warm wood flooring and subtle lighting create a space that feels modern yet welcoming. The galley layout maximises worktop space while keeping the room bright and open, with natural light pouring in through the large window. Small styling details such as greenery and warm-toned accessories help bring the space to life, making it easy to imagine the kitchen as part of everyday routines.

Elsewhere in the home, the interiors reflect how modern buyers live today. One of the bedrooms has been styled as a flexible space, combining a daybed with a desk area to demonstrate how the room could work equally well as a home office, guest room or study, perfect for those looking for adaptable living.

The main bedrooms focus on creating calm, restful environments. Soft neutral tones, warm wood finishes and subtle green accents bring a natural warmth to the space, while layered textures and soft lighting help create a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

To show how the home can evolve over time, one of the rooms has also been styled as a nursery. Soft blue tones, natural materials and playful lighting create a warm, family-friendly space that highlights the versatility of the home as lifestyles change.

Bringing the CGI to Life

Once the mood boards were finalised, they were used to guide White Chalk in creating the internal CGI visuals. These images show how the rooms could look when fully styled and help demonstrate the scale, layout and potential of each space.

Alongside the CGI, I also worked with White Chalk to create a 360° virtual tour that allows buyers to move through the home digitally and experience the layout from different perspectives.

Ultimately, my aim in creating these interiors was simple: to help buyers visualise what life could look like in their new home. While every homeowner will style their space differently, the CGI interiors and virtual tour provide inspiration and help turn floor plans into something far more tangible.

If you’d like to explore the results, you can take a look at the Prospect Place interiors and experience the home through our interactive 360° virtual tour.
